The goal of this website is to provide insight of the necessary informatics tools and online resources to get started with a project related to the metabolic network of entire organisms and their role in producing biopharmaceuticals. The website covers the theoretical description of similar processes, understanding the dynamics of the network model of organisms. It proposes also to introduce the naive reader into the available software tools to start with such a project.
